Happy Thanksgiving From the Tenth Army, 1944

This menu showcased the Thanksgiving dinner enjoyed by the Tenth Army, stationed at Schofield Barracks on Oahu, Hawaii on Thanksgiving Day of 1944. They may have been in the middle of the Pacific, but everyone got a little “taste of home.”
