Private George E. Glaser mailed this postcard from Camp Dodge on 20 February 1918, to Mr. W. Holtzinger of 635 Cemetery Street in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. George expressed that he was at Camp Dodge, but expected that they would leave from there most any time. He also said that he was lucky, as the barracks he had just moved out of the day prior had caught fire and burned down at 3 a.m. [20 February 1918].
Note: Postcard was donated by Susan Williams Phelps.
